Ok so I just bought the program today and I wanna know if the plan I'm gonna do is a good one. So I plan on doing the levels like bar brothers "The System" plan. For example, Week 1 (Level 1), Week 2 (Level 2) Week 3 (Level 3) etc. so is this a good idea or not? Or am I stupid explaining my plan because that's how its suppose to work?

you do level 1 for example if u did the min reps and sets you go to level 2 u cant do the min reps on level 2 u go back on level 1 if u are level 8 and you fail it go back maybe on level 4-5.Good luck. !
