I am really struggling with the straight arm press to handstand. Has anyone got any tips? Also, any tips on l sit to handstand on parallel bars?

i think you need a lot of core strength for the first one. and for the l-sit to handstand i would practice doing the handstand and handstand pushups on p-bars. once you can do them with ease and hold the bottom position tucked, you should get it figured out :)
i am practicing for that myself at the moment.
