Well that's... Untypical question XD but seriously: such 'activities' lessen the amount of testosterone - a hormone that's responsible for, among other things, your strength. To put it simply: the more you have it the stronger you are. This is a big shortcut. Many professional coaches advice not to have sex or jerk off the day before some important challenge or something like that. In calisthenics I would recommend avoid doing it in your workout days, so you can push yourself to your limits, and without testosterone you are no gonna do it. I hope I helped you ;)
