Hey, I just started your program and am on level 5, but after doing the leg workout on level 4 I could barely move the next day. (And that never happens to me, I can run for miles and my legs are fine the next day).
But this time they hurt bad.
Should I wait an extra day for rest OR just suck it up?
I just don't want to pull something.

Well, once my shoulders were really sore, but I worked out, nothing serious (injury or pull or whatever) happened, except I did a lot less reps on the exercises that involve the shoulders (pull & push) of course, and I ended up redoing the level because I felt like I could have done a lot better. But it's up to you, an extra rest day won't hurt you, and legs are probably more prone to pulling a muscle so be careful.
