Hi i'm gonna try to add in some running every other day of the workout routine simply because i want to reduce BFP (body fat percentage) and I was wondering if anyone had a set distance or routine already created that I may be able to use. This is probably a stupid question because everyone has different physical needs but i was just wondering just to see what this awesome community would say

Suhh dude so basically you start by walking or jogging of you're not abit light but when you start losing a few pounds and your body can be fast start Sprinting nothing is better than it it makes you lose the fay and it's better sprint for 250 meters for example. If you want to make your endurance higher I'd rather say keep it with the running but Sprinting burns more. Keep moving forward.
