I have a question about my size. I'am a much smaller 16 year old and also a little late into puberty. Some people make it sound like a person like me can't get stronger or gain muscle. Is this true?

No. With proper training & nutrition it's possible, just as it's possible the average 15 year old me that wasn't active, to lose 14kg of fat in a few months. Just as it's possible Daniel Malo to gain muscle and go from lvl 9 to lvl 25 in a few months. Just as it's possible Chris to go from very skinny to ripped and muscular in 1 year, sigmar696 to get his first one arm chinup. I can keep on going. I thought I'd never be able to lose my fat off, people doubted me all the time, my best friend thought I'd always be fat, and before I had this confidence, I just accepted that, but now that I have a pretty visible six pack everything feels different and nothing is impossible so you shouldn't care what other people think.
