should i just start on the 16 week program and only do thoose exercises ? ( just doesen't seem like enough workout for a day ^^ )

Oh it's enough believe me.. Maybe not the first levels, but trust me it's enough workout for a day. And by the way it's not 16 weeks, it can take you as long as you hit lvl 30 (and even if you hit it, you can probably still keep working out 26-30 lvl and build muscle, as well as there's a expansion to lvl 40 soon), the 16 week is just an example of how you can go through the program, skipping a workout day or failing a level, succeeding on a level and so on.
