I already do parkour for like 7 months now and want to start calisthenics as a new life style...
I train parkour mostly 2 times a week (1h30min train), and was wondering if i do the programm at the same day, or at the next day.
If someone could answer me it would be amazing!

Personally I wouldn't train parkour + full body calisthenics at the same day.
