I focus mostly on squat pullup push up Superman hold and sit up. These are just what worked with my body comfortably and safely.
I generally do those for 3-5 sets in a full body workout 3 days a week with two days yoga and two rest days.
I want to start working in lunge calf raise dip yes no for neck and chin up
I got in a car crash and now I need to do neck workouts to prevent pain otherwise I would be less inclined to do neck and be trying to pike push up or something.
I was thinking I could just do two days of my regular five and one day of these new five. Or I could just do one set of these new five at the end of my workouts as that would take not too much time.
I don’t do split routines.
Only full body.
It’s just better for me that way. If I do a split I don’t have energy or time for yoga class and making my social life work.
