Hey! My name is Max. I'am 13 years old (in 2 months 14) , 168cm tall and weight around 48,5 kg .
In this thread I just want to tell you my progress andd ask questions. Its day 60 of calisthenics.
When I first started I couldnt do a dip or pull-up. after like 23 days I had done my first Pull-up!
Iam still struggeling with Pull-ups but it gets better every single time :)
At day 30 I saw changes and felt stronger and better!
since the day I started and 20 days before that I shower cold every morning, because its fun and has so many benefits :)
After day 30 I added smth to the workout plam, because I couldnt move on after lvl5
I added Bicepcurls and chest butterfly, which was one of the greatest ideas I had by now
Then I had my worst illnes of my life so far, it took 10 days away so I was thrown back but didnt give up
The problem was that I couldnt eat much so I lost wight, that wasnt cool I wighted around 47kg :(
Now at day 60 I see the results of the chest butterfly and bicepcurls, my arm and chest grew A LOT!
I wanted to look not so skinny and stuff like that and my tricep grew but my bicep was still litlle. This was the perfect solution. I love working out and recently I bought some protein bars and it helped after the workout a lot!
My nutrition works fine, I eat AROUND 3000 kcal a day!
I have a question , I often eat pistaches because of the high kcal and protein, is that good or bad?
I eat 3 eggs in the morning (made in different ways), is that okay?
My life has changed completly and everything makes so much fun now :) :D

Hey Max! Great tht you've started your own thread! Proud of you! Well, your nutrition seems good enough. Could you tell us what you have for dinner? A great nutrition tip would be to drink around 3 liters of water a day. And you're pretty tall my friend. Sleep the most that you can!!!!!!! Your body is still developing, so sleeping the most you can would be perfect for you. At least 8 hours I would say. I personally suggest mastering your own body weight before doing weights or doing weighted calisthenics(obviously). But that's really your choice. Keep it up! Stay determined and be patient. And most importantly, remember.............BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!! Calisthenics Unity ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!

For dinner my parents cook, my father is really good at cooking and I get tasty 😋 and healthy meals!
It is always different and the products are fresh and high quality!

I've started drinking non-sparkling water instead of sparkling and since then I always drink 2-3 liters
I have holidays now so I slept 10-11 hours but when school starts on Monday again I try to go to bed at 9:30 and get up at 6:00
I'am trying to master my bodyweight first and complete bodycontrol
But for the chest in calisthenics you have no real movement (the butterfly movement thingy) and I do the bicepcurls so I my biceps grow because they were so little and now they grew and I don't have to do much Bicepcurlsanymore
I just want to not look so skinny anymore and do calisthenics unity allday! everyday! Salute!
Oh man, back then I tried to but I only got 6-8 hours a day, as soon as I started to sleep 7-8 hours in the night and 1-4 hours on the day I grew taller and got better results!
I wish I had listened more to people like you seriously because you knew my body better than me😪🙂
