Im recovered guys, thank you,but as soon as I wanted to workout I instantly got sick and had to stop for a week. But now I'am back to 12 Pull ups. My physice changed a lot because I started to eat even more because I found out that my calorie surplus was used for my growing so now I eat like 3500-4500 kcal with no problem 🤣
Finally 2 of my friend want to workout and and of course they ask me which is smart, so I maybe have 1-2 workout partners on holidays🙏🏼☺️
I also started Push/Pull/Legs split 2 weeks ago and my progress is way better than in full Body workouts. My results like tripled💪🏼

Yeah, Push Pull legs then on Thursday rest day and then push pull legs again, and yes after doing full body for 9 months this was way better and I improved a lot, I would say first do full Body for half a year and then after that you can deside of you wanna do a Push Pull legs split.
