Hey guys...started the program today, lvl 1- ok I did not clear this with flying colors...pull ups are really weak and push ups were surprisingly weaker then I thought...could do only 4 sets of 5 reps and then the Max set which could only do 4
But this is just the start iam not gonna stop till I kill the whole lvl 1..
Tommorrow will do some cardio sessions
But it's great to be following this program...just with the body weight excercise my body is feeling the pain...I guess it looks to be quite easy but it's way too difficult when you actually do it..
