Hey thanks a lot bro for your detailed explanation and guidance....iam now following Chris is plan which is full body workout every alternate day and right now iam on level 2..I will for sure try and rest lesser then given in the plan...also will start cardio after a week...
Now the question is should cardio be on the rest day or should that be included in pre or post workout?
Iam for sure looking up for some nutritional guide...but the problem is everyone has their own way of fat loss diet..now I want to loose fat in a healthy way and not by any ketogenic diet or crash diet..I would love to get your inputs as to what's the best way to loose this fat..I.e low carbs high protein diet or high carbs high protein low fat diet?? I mean it could be anything iam jst trying to understand what and how we should eat to loose this body fat..get lean and lean muscular...I would say just like Chris, I find that the perfect body i would want for myself 😎
I don't mean to discourage you but not many people will be able to have Chris's body(if any), not even me. Why you ask? Genetics. You can reach a pretty lean and muscular body but you'll have different genetics. That being said, I know several ways for fat loss, but me, personally being an ectomorph, am not the most qualified(experience-wise) for fat-loss advice. Although it works, I'd be happier if my friend Gligor could take this one. Good luck!
P.S. Don't do cardio before the workout(or you'll gas out). Do it after or on rest days. Your choice. Good luck!
I thaugt about that too but I think you can also reach youre personal incredibel physice, which could be as good as chris but in a different style. I mean he has perfect abs genetics and his chest lookes super. But for me it is like I have a 8-pack and and it looks good with my genetics there (straight). I thnk if you work hard enough you can reach youre personal physice but youre myostatin (dont know if that was the right word in english) coul really limit you :(
