Leg day: 5am routine. I was literally unable to wake up from my bed at 0450 am but I didn't give up. With all the support i get, I get up and train. Leg day was crazy ! I both legs were wobbling while doing the last few reps of legs assisted squats.
Learning point: It not about how hard you hit, its about how hard you can get hit.

Biceps & Back day: It was insane. I could not raise up my hands, it was crazy but i enjoyed every moment . Managed to add in my before sleep routine ( 5 min different variation planking ) :) Alhamdullilah!

Well done man-keep working at it, make sure you sleep enough to recover too, maybe if you get too tired or you sleep a little late then wake up at 6, your muscles need time to recover but well done!

I think , i already gain 3kg, i have 3 months of calisthenics, i before weighted 55kg, now i am on 58kg , it a little difference but...

And its okey if you have not buy chris program because chris has prepared for us the video here :) if the sets are getting easier, then increase either the reps or sets. Gonna take a few days off . I was told by the physician to reduce my abdominal workout as it may cause the pain all this while. its a bit sad when i got to know that but there will always be reason why. Now left with upper body and legs day! and only light 5mins planking variations everyday. Okey guys will update you guys when i start back my training in a few days :)

Level 1: 6am routine - 730am. It was a good start! and this program is the best . It hits every muscle groups in a day and train every second day. I will have enough time to recover and rest. Its a worth. I always wonder in the future if we are able to meet each other and train together. It will be the most memorable day i shall say. I kill the workout today! Alhamdullilah :) Can't wait to train on tuesday! hehehehe.
