1930 Hrs
Core day: Organic Beginner core training routine by Chris Barbrothers. It was intense, Before recovering from the previous upper body routine, I managed to complete the routine. Cant wait for leg day tmrw!
Learning points : Know the purpose of training. Pushing the limit .

Leg day (Pre-workout): The morning routine. It almost feels like so hard to wake up in the morning to train. Muscles aching from the previous workout. However most of the time, I kept reminding myself , the purpose of training and the reason why I started. I also watch some motivational videos and have my pre-workout drink ( Kale + Berries + honey and orange juice) before training.
Leg day (Post-workout): I am gonna get sore legs the next day. I did Chris's beginners leg routine with additional 3 sets of 40 calf raises on each leg and 1 set of 100 assist squats.
Learning points : Life is short, Every moment counts. keep pushing off the limit!

Keep it going bro! dont give up and the more it hurts, the bigger the gains youll make!
Thank you very much bro for the motivation :D my body does not hurt this badly. It aches as if i cant move my hand hahaha but I am eating as much as possible and control my carbs intake.

Rest day: Muscle was still aching from the previous two workout , In fact, the feeling of pain was different then before. My whole body was screaming of pain. Aching everywhere. The only thing i could do was to eat a lot, stretch myself and drink a lot of plain water. I have no idea what i am going to experience after tomorrow's training.

Core day: Mentally challenging I shall say. I added 1 set of fat burning routine too! It was extremely tiring and fun :D You guys should try adding fat burning routine after a workout, Results sure will come fast! Time to get som carb and protein up!
Learning points: Never say you can't , Don't think, just do/ persevere and results will come.

Chest and triceps day: The most unbelievable experience . I managed to complete the whole set and wrap it up with a beastmode set ( 50 max push ups!) can't wait to start the next following day.
Learning points: Hard work pay off !

Core/abs day: 5am routine . I was half awake doing the sets hahaha but i enjoy every moment. With additional beastmode routine ! Can't wait for tmrw's routine !
Learning point: Your only opponent is yourself and even he don't stand a chance!
