Rest day: Did some flexibility training today and it helps a lot with the soreness. I am really motivated every single day to train. If i am on rest days, I will research more in enhancing my performance for my next training. Tommorow is level 2 day! i can't wait :D

Level 2: Done! I managed to kill the sets alhamdullilah! :) I am still having some pain from the previous workout regime but i still push on. Now its time to get my protein and carbs up! ( 20grams of protein from 2 glasses of natural chocolate milk & 2 grams of protein from 1 banana) all natural. No supplement! Bar brothers all day everyday! Bar brothers salute!
Ay bro eat banana with peanut butter . One scoop of peanut butter gives 8 grams of protein.

I tried level 3 today, and didn't pass, will do level to again, I pained too at start, so I eat a lot too, lol. The more pain we got, the more encourage we get, lets fighting together, Salute!!!!
Level 3: 6am workout. Its out of my limit but alhamdullilah I kill level 3! I thought of giving up but I was just 3 sets away from finishing the workout. I was extremely happy! especially when I know my brothers are working really2 hard too! Never give up! Bar brothers all day everyday! Bar brothers Salute!

Level 4 incomplete😅: 6am workout. I managed to complete every sets except the legs routine. My legs are still in pain and barely can sit and walk too. But Alhmadullilah i managed to complete all of the sets . Its a bit disspointing but i am happy that i managed to complete every sets. On monday, I am so gonna wrap level 4 up! I cant wait😃 And flexibility/strecthing routine is very important . I will do 2x10-15mins flexibility/strecthing routine today and tmrw. Barbrothers Salute💪

Level 4: Incomplete. This will be my 2nd time doing level 4 without the legs sets. I tried some reps but I still feel the pain. But its okey, I keep reminding myself that I will need to be patience. Success dont come easy, they mostly came from hardwork. Tmrw will be my rest day, Cant wait for my legs to recover and finish level 4 asap😃💪
