Just wanted to be sure how to combine the tiger band push up threw out the day so should i do it every day or every second day?

I think that every second day so you don't workout on your rest days. I added tiger bend push ups to my workout and it feels good

The second day is your rest day actually, but I get what you meant. Just be sure to do them while doing PUSH and before the burnout routine.
