I can see my abs before but after button starts there is fat.I cant take my shirt on public.
Is there any way to only remove the belly,or i need to cut muscle.
.
I can see my abs before the belly button but after there is fat.
Well, first you need to understand that when you burn fat, the belly is the last place your body will burn fat. So before you have ripped abs you'll have ripped chest, legs, arms, almost everything before you have ripped abs. What you need to do is avoid bad sugars(soda, candy, cake, cupcakes, ice cream, etc.) and do cardio. It's that simple really. It's a long and hard process, but it's definitely worth it. You can do swimming or cycling(great for burning belly fat), or you can run or do Chris's Fat-burning routine that can be found on YouTube. If you have any more questions feel free to ask. Good luck!
but i still take around 3000 cal?
Calories don't make you fat, it's what the calories are made of. Fat? Sugar? I'm currently burning belly fat and I eat over 3000 calories a day.
how many times per week its good to make cardio,
Well, that depends on your body type and your goal. Good for what? Conditioning? Burn fat? Stay healthy? Since I know you want to burn fat, and I assume you're an ectomorph, then I would say have at least 3 cardio sessions a week, 4 would be ideal. If you work full body workouts, then do cardio on your rest days.
Hey,
Daniel Malo allready gave a good answer, however i would recommend you:
HIIT workouts and cardio:
Hiit workouts are great because you profit a lot from the "long burning effect". also i would recommend you to go jogging with a friend, find the right pace that you can still talk with each other. mix up a variety of workouts, because the more you are going to confuse your body, the more results you are going to earn. one extra sprint workout per week is probably also a good idea, there a lot of workouts you can find on google.
Reduce your calorien intake:
if you want to lose fat, you have more or less to reduce your daily intake. however don't forget, you can not only burn fat on your belly, your body decides where he wants to burn the extra fat reserves, we do not have any influence (sad truth:-D)
take a rest:
somethimes it is good to take a pause. do some other activities, play a nice game, maybe yoga, cook something healthy. i personally need some minutes at the day where i can take a rest, i profit from these minutes through out the day with new energy
it is sadly a long way and you can only achieve it with constant training. do not fall in the trap that with 100 crunches a day you can reduce your belly fat or what ever, this is simply not true. And i appreciate it that you want to take a change, go out and do it, i believe in you :-) I am sure that you are going to feel well in your shirt soon!
If you want to loose weight you need to be in calorie deficit :)
Yes but i`m skinny now with litle belly, but if i cut i`ll look extremele skiny,
And last question i start beging of this month i could do 4 pull ups,but now i can do again 4 pull ups, what can i do to incrase my pull ups?,becuase on the push part i can almost do max sets-reps.

Hey svetrr,
you could train australian pull ups (horizontal rows), they work very good for your upper back, however are not as strenous as pull ups.
Negatives pull ups are also a good idea, if you can*t do more pull ups with good form, try to add negative pull ups, eventually you have some power left to do some!:-)
consist hard work is the key, don't make yourself crazy, it will go quicker than you think
Ah, and i personally think that you do not have to focus on burning fat. your body looks good, it is a good start to put on some muscles :-)!
i using crhis program currently at level 8.but i did only minimum sets-reps and on the pull ups with litle kicking so i`ll go back some levels and stay there until i can do like 7-8 pull ups at lest in one set
Ok, let's just stop for a moment. It's pretty clear you don't want to lose weight, in fact the opposite, you want to gain weight in muscle right? But you also want to lose fat(specially belly fat) while still gaining muscle. Want you need to do is go on a lean bulk. Chris and I are doing it. You don't want to go on a calorie deficit because you'll lose muscle, specially because of all the cardio that you'll be doing. It's a long and hard process, but it's totally worth it. Specially since you're just a beginner.
Thank you very much daniel,i cant undetstand why u stuck on those 4 pull ups for one month. Can i add pull burnout 1 at every level after the pull exercises?
Yes, Daniel's suggestion is great, however people that lose a lot of muscle on a cut/caloric deficit is because they are doing it very fast instead of smart, the same as people that gain fat on a bulk/surplus is because they aren't doing it smart, however that differs for an ectomorph I guess. So muscle loss on a cut should be negligible and probably will be regained quickly after that. But in this case yes, a lean bulk is more efficient, I think you're already at a low enough body fat %, you just don't have enough muscle mass to show it over the little fat you have. Like I'm at 15.5% - 16% body fat, I have significantly more fat than you and my muscles show a lot when I flex, of course not as much when I'm relaxed since I still don't have optimal body fat %, but I can see my abs when I'm relaxed. And if lean bulking doesn't fix the problem after some months, the most typical way is a caloric deficit, it's your 2nd option.
It happens man. I am stuck with the muscle up. Just keep working hard, with patience it comes. When I began I couldn't do 1 pull up, now I tried my max a few days ago, I can do 14 strict pull ups, and I am still overweight so I could do a lot more if I was at my ideal weight.
So lean bulks mean-no bad fats, fastfood, and sugar,I still eat 3000 cal per day, driking more water, doing cardio in rest days?am i right?
Hahahaha, well you're not wrong but it's much more than that. Drink 3 liters of water a day, sleep around 8 hours at night, avoid bad fats and sugars(pretty sure you know what those are), do cardio at least 3 times a week(4 times would be ideal though), go beast mode on workout days(yes, you can add burnout routines if you want), and pretty much eat a lot! Of healthy food of course. Around 3 or 4 fruits and 2 or 3 vegetables a day, eat 5/6 "small" meals instead of 3 big meals(this also helps in speeding up your metabolism), consume 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight a day, and this last one is one of my favorite tips to give, have the highest protein meal of the day at dinner(preferentially after workout). That's pretty much it! There are several ways to lean bulk, and all are good, I just suggested this one because it's the one that I use personally. If you have any more questions feel free to ask, good luck!
@svettrs, a good tip to eat healthy snacks is to prepare your meals. i catch myself eating sweets because no other snack is "available" at the moment, that is a problem you can easily minimize. start for example with preparing healthy snacks for your school day, so you don't spend money buying some doughnots or cheese buns (don't know if this does exist in your country, in germany we call it "käsebrötchen":-D). i would recommend you maybe peanut butter sandwiches (good fats), all type of fruits, eggs, mix of nuts.
and choose a cheat day, maybe you heard allready a lot about this. for me, personally it does not work at all, if i want to eat something sweet i personally do it however i minimized it to a very small amount (god damn, christmas time is coming uff, dirty gainz). however maybe it does work for you, i promise you will value your sweets way more if you did not eat them for a while.
and try to stick with wather. avoid cola or stuff like that, they are liquid sugar my friend:-D and zero does defintely not mean "zero" :-D
aaaaand a very goood tipp, i personally think it is, is mixing shakes. maybe you do not like eating brokolli with your lunch or dinner, so maybe it works for you if you mix it with other ingredients to a shake (there a good "green smothie" recipes on the internet)
Lets see if i can motivate you.
