I did level 13 yesterday, I did max sets and reps even on muscle ups. It was a pretty good workout and I felt good to have actually have completed level 13, because that was my goal from the start. Now that I did that, my goal is level 30. My muscle ups were pretty good except for the last one of each set which were a bit sloppy. But never give up and never back down! Let's goooooo! Yesterday I did level 14, and all I can say is that it was fantastic! Confidence boost!!!! I had never done a lot of those exercises before and they are so awesome!!! Front lever raises, tucked core pull-ups, and of course one handed push-ups!!! I did max sets and reps on all the exercises and I did them with great form; otherwise I wouldn't have been able to do them. By FAR level 15 has been the hardest workout in my life! It got really hard from the beginning till the end. Muscle ups, one arm chin-ups, and dragonflies! This was a great tough workout. I took 2:30 hours to finish the workout without even doing leg! But after all the struggle and hard work I was able to finish it doing max sets and reps. Ok so I wasn't able to do level 17 yesterday so I did it today. I did max sets and reps on everything but muscle ups. I was only able to do max reps for six sets instead of eight. I also couldn't balance myself for the headstand leg raises, so I switched it for lower back crunches and hold. It was a good workout today. I'll see how I do in level 18! Let's goooo!!! Nailed level 18!!! Max sets and reps!!! I wasn't able to do level 18 yesterday so I did it today. And since I won't be able to workout on Sunday, I did half today and half tomorrow. I did level 18 again, because I wanted to fully recover from my minor shoulder injury. I did max sets and reps and did level 9 of leg day. Pistol squats instead of negatives tough. I'll do level 19 again on Friday and do half of level 20 on Sunday and the other half on Monday, because I'll be leaving Tuesday to Playa Del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico, and I'll return to Monterrey on June 9.
