Hey guys, did level 20 today. Max sets and reps except for muscle ups, did 6 sets of max reps. Tomorrow I'll head of to Playa del Carmen at 9 A.M. and let you guys know how I do down there. BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!! BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!

It was tough!!! First workout at Playa del Carmen and I couldn't find a bar or something to do muscle ups on!!! So I found this tree log from the ceiling of an old house and was able to use that as a bar. I did max sets and reps on everything. What I did with the muscle ups is that I switched them for pull-ups and tiger bend push-ups. Example: 4 sets of 5 close muscle ups= 4 sets of 5 pull-ups and 10 tiger bend push-ups. Also, I haven't found where to do dips yet. But no worries!!! One can get it done if he really wants to!!! BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!! BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!

I did half of level 23 today, max sets and reps( except for muscle ups, I did minimum sets with max reps, I felt like I could have done more, but my hands started peeling of skin lol!!! Hello bros, it's been a long time. I've had a VERY busy month. I haven't been able to work out consistently but I've been doing what I can when I can. I haven't failed a level yet but I did go back a few since I went almost three weeks without working out! I'm currently finishing the second half of level 19. And I'll try to keep going strong at it till I reach level 30! I will be doing a transformation video on New Year's Eve, which I will share will you guys of course! OMG!!! It feels like years since I've said anything here. It's been an extremely busy month. But I've been hitting the twenties(21-22-23) and I've been having a lot of success. My muscle-up form is getting better and better, and I've actually started to "coach" some guys. The truth is that I'm only guiding them through calisthenics and making sure they get used to it so that we can move on to the next level. We are starting to become a group of Barbro.........Calisthenics Uniters and it's looking pretty good so far!!! We've been making a lot of progress.
