Right now I can't reach max of level 1, not all of them, so should I keep trying until I reach Max then move on, or I can now move to next level? And my body is not hurt any more after the work out day, so is it okay to work out everyday? Can't wait to catch you guys up. Thanks bro, Salute!!!
Hi Ben, yeah I have been feeling a little bit better. I can't walk and have to be lying down almost all the time. I do crunches and heel touches though. Well Ben, I honestly don't go to the next level until I have done my best which has been max sets and reps for the last levels. Yet I suggest that you move on to the next level when you feel like you can do it or when you want to try yourself out. I suggest you keep going forward until you fail and then go back. That way you know that your body is really being worked out. Keep it up, I have no doubt you'll catch up man. BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!!! BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!
