Been hitting the 24,25,26 levels still. Getting stronger and better form every day now.
Awesome job my man. I haven't worked out at the pull up bar for a few days because of tremendous rain, but today even though it's raining I'll workout outside, no excuses, I saw that the weather isn't gonna get any better so today I said what's the big deal, work has to be done. Probably gonna hit lvl 16 or something, you know as an Endomorph bodyweight exercises are harder since we're heavier both on bones but also tend to have fat, but still no excuses haha.
Also one interesting topic I read, I read about muscle loss, and how if you gain let's say 4-6kg of muscle in 6 months and then stop working out you supposedly 'lose' the muscle, and then start working out again you gain it all back in like a much faster period, let's say 2 months instead of 6. That's called 'muscle memory', and if you lose muscle while you're cutting, you will probably gain it back very fast because of that so called muscle memory. Just an interesting topic I liked to share idk why lol.

Hahahaha, I did find it interesting! Yeah, my brother was meso but looked like an endo............if you know what I mean. He had a hard time doing calisthenics as well. But the way I see it, if you lift more, you gain more! Good luck with level 16 today! Salute!
Right.. Even a tiny 2kg makes a significant difference :( Oh well, time to lose those last few kgs haha. Well lvl 16 wasn't that hard but I definitely can't go to lvl 17 because of the muscle ups of course, I only have so much strength for the muscle up for my body weight (even with a resistance band). I seriously can't wait to see you transformation video man.
