Hey guys, I'm still hitting levels 25 and 26. But now I'll be adding level 27 as well! So I'll be rotating around levels 25, 26, and 27. Although I can't do the one arm pull-up yet, I don't want to stop progressing just because of that exercise. I'll replace the one arm pull-up to an assisted one arm pull-up, where I hold the lowest point in my forearm to pull myself up. It's kind of like a one arm pull-up and it definitely works your biceps! Hahahaha😅. I noticed that my bicep and chest aren't as developed as my triceps for example. So I added a burnout routine for push and pull that I created especially for my biceps and chest. I hope you guys are doing great and progressing inch by inch. See you later guys! Damn you're nearing the 30 bro. Well tbh I would be like level 20 something if it wasn't for the muscle ups haha, my resistance band I had sadly broke so I'm waiting for a new one and I will start progressing up on levels again. It's strange, I was stuck on levels because of Pull, now I'm stuck because of Push. Seems like I'm progressing apart from the muscle up (although I'm sure when I go down to 10% body fat - which is my goal, I will be able to bust out a lot more of other harder exercises), everything feels easy now though but I still get burned out definitely. I remember wide pull ups were hard now they are bread and butter for me and strangely they are an amazing exercise, even though they are easy I feel it in my lats with just 1 rep. I can only imagine how hard the one arm chin up is or pull up whatever, so far I have accomplished the hold without holding myself (you know with fingers, but I do it with 1 finger most times) and the negative by using my other hand to make it a little easier, nowhere close near the OAPU, it needs so much pulling strength on the biceps and lats. Are you close to it or? For me it seems like I'm developed equally throughout my body haha. Salute bro!
I totally agree with you on wide pull-ups, I remember I used to do like 5 max(with momentum) and now I can hit 12 straight(without momentum/clean). Yeah, I would say I'm close to the one arm chin-up, I bet I'll get it in 3 months or less. You really wouldn't notice the difference just by looking at my body, but I'm very observant👀, specially of something you see everyday, lol. But I'm really balanced, I guess it's just me that wants more chest and biceps. But anyway, I'm just focused on being more explosive right now, specially on pull. Keep up the good work Gligor!
