Level 10: Completed
Barely, I can feel the power coming back, but there is still work to do.

Level 11: Completed/Incompleted
It doesn't matter if it was completed or not, because I was not happy with my performance on level 10 last time, so I go back to level 10 and push it up from there :)
Salute brothers and never give up, we can all make it, if we are not afraid of failing and rise stronger each time we get shot down!
Level 10: Completed (2 days ago)
Forgot to update, going down to do level 11 today :)
Level 11: Completed
I barely completed it, I am not sure wether I will move on to level 12 or go back to 10, right now my thoughts are that instead of doing 11, 12, 11, 12 I will do 10, 11, 12 and go between those 3 levels, until I feel like moving on to level 13 :)
Update: I will be doing level 10 today and then go up from there to level 12.
Level 10: Completed
Still lacking in the push-up department, ever since my small break, but oh well, I really pushed myself today and It was really a good workout, next time level 11 and if I do fine there as I definitely believe, then I will move on to level 12 and then take it like that.
Level 11: Completed (forgot to update yesterday)
So yesterday I did level 11, very tough, but very good, going on to level 12 next time. (Tomorrow)
Level 12: Incompleted
Great workout, really tough, had some stomach problems since I woke up today, so It was really tough to push through that pain and workout.
Next time I will be doing level 10.
Forgot to update!
2 days ago I completed level 10 again, and today I will be doing level 11.
You got this! I beat level 12 typewriters and I can do a muscle up, so I can beat 13 too! Keep at it and you will get to your goals!
Thanks bro and sounds good, keep going strong!
Level 11: Completed/Incompleted
Did fine, but I do not know, I felt like Around the clock chin-ups could have gone better, same with Chin-ups, had to use a resistance band for it, so ye.
Going on to level 12 next time.
Hey guys, I have just recently bought the workout program and I am confused on some parts. First of all when it says set for example, (3-6+max) does it mean you do 3-6 sets and your last rep you do max? Also, so Chris said you were supposed to do the pull exercises first then pull exercises and so on. Do we do each workout at once like complete all the sets and reps for pull ups then all the sets and reps for Australian pull ups. In other words do we complete all the sets and reps for pull ups then rest then do all the sets and reps for Australian pull ups?
Yes to all of your questions. If you have any more, go ahead and ask in your own thread that way we don't spam Patrick. But yeah, 3 to 6 sets then a max set where you go all out. And you do one exercise at a time, so if it says pull-ups and Australian pull-ups, finish all your pull ups then go to the Australian pull-ups.
Good luck with the program! I love it to death and have been using it for 5 months now! If you put in A LOT of effort and time, you will see results quickly! SALUTE!!!
Level 12: Incompleted
Still needing a lot of training in Type-writer pull-ups.
Going to do level 10 today, cya later brothers.
