I failed level 5 dips too in second set! I will go at it again. Patrick, let me know how the negative muscle ups go in level 6. It seems tough!
Sonu, are you able to do lots of push-ups, but when it comes to dips, you can't quite do em? Because that is the case for me.
I will let you know Sonu, I think it is going to be tough, going in to the negative muscle ups will be a huge step up, very tough exercise.
Level 6: Completed (I guess)
Okay, so this one was very hard, I completed everything decently, except for the Negative muscle ups, I couldn't really do them slowly the in transition, I did it as well as I could and I did it more than the 4 times it said, but overall I pretty much just fell when making the transition.
OMG I BEAT LEVEL 4!! I couldn't do it last time because of the dips, but this time I did it! I didn't think I would. And great job Patrick! I feel so motivated now!
Great to hear Jack! I did the samething in the level 5 Dips!
Patrick I will try the negative muscle ups and let you know how it goes for me!
That sounds great Jack, good job.. and alright Sonu, I think the transition part is very difficult to get right.
@Patrick Sommer
I want to ask you something about your journey..
can you write me in private please? :)
I don't think I can do that, in here.
Patrick!
Same story here, negative muscle ups are hard if u want to do them correctly. (slow transitions)
Which is why I did level 6 twice (while not even failing the first time). You'll notice some difference the second time, if u ever try doing a level twice. Besides that, other exercises will give the strength for the MU's.
Best of luck, I'm on 7 today :)
Level 7: Completed
Idd Niels, however, I push my self as hard as I can and I won't take a level twice, I will keep going till I fail (if I fail) and if that happens, I will jump back two levels and go up again, and not just do the same level again the next time, I think this will give you a much better chance of actually building the necessary muscles and keep pushing your self and putting those "fails" further apart. At this moment I am thinking of doing some extra stuff when I have the energy, building up that negative muscle up, maybe standing on the ground and flex the necessary muscles, like.. doing a negative muscle up, but with feet on the ground and try to put more and more weight on, as I get in to the transition, but I will be talking with Christian today about that.
I would wish you luck with level 7, but you don't need that, all you need is your self and your motivation! keep it up brothers.
Salute
Alright guys, I talked to Christian, he pretty much says the same as I wrote above here, use something to stand on, use a resistance band or something like that, to take the weight off, with the negative muscle ups.
Do you work out at the gym, at home or at a spot outside made for calisthenics?
The gym.
hi i'm MANU and i want to learn all of you can teach me, i dont speak english so i don`t understand the name of each exercise, thankyou brothers
