Are you still there Patrick? You haven't commented in 14 days.
Not doing Bar Brothers anymore, I am doing my own stuff now bro.
Ahh okay. We'll, stay strong and never give up what ever you are doing. I wish you the best of luck my friend.
Much appreciated, I am sure our ways till cross some other time though, when I get my own stuff up and running :)
Sounds good! When you do start your own gig, let me know and I'll be the first to join!
Sure bro, but I am not starting a movement, like Bar Brothers or Chris' new movement, I offer personal training and programs to the individual.
Hello again brothers, I am back here, taking a look at whats happening and I actually have a question for you.
I was wondering, what do you guys do in your spare time? I have been a top all around game here in Denmark for many years and been gaming since I was 4 years old, but as times fly... I am starting to lose interest and just want to be in the gym 24/7, but we all know that is not something that would work.. so, what are you guys doing? (by yourself, not when hanging out with friends etc.). Btw. Would love to hear how you all are doing, been some time now :)
- from ZERO, to HERO!
Yeah Bro, it has been a long time. I'm great, hope you're great as well. Well, it's true, you can't be at the gym 24/7. And you asked what to do in free time(by yourself). Well, this is my recommendation: the same way your body needs training to grow stronger, so does your mind as well. So I usually study or learn something, lol. Whether it's a new language or photography or a new philosophy, you're are developing and working(training) your mind. Read a book Bro, or learn something else(parkour, martial arts, play an instrument). It'll really help develop yourself in an all-around fashion. Well, I hope you're doing great and keep progressing in every area of your life. And most importantly remember..........BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!! Calisthenics Unity ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!👌🏼💪🏼
Salute!!
Yeah I like video games, but I just don't play them too often.
I ran cross country for a couple months, so that took my time away from calisthenics, but guess what, the season ended last weekend, so I'm starting up my workouts again. I didn't lose too much strength, but I lost some, however, it shouldn't be hard to get back.
I'm glad to hear you guys are doing well! Thanks for asking about us Patrick! This made my day!
No problem man, never give up, never surrender and never back down!
Hey Patrick good to see you again, how's it goin? :)
Well if I'm really bored I go research on a lot of stuff, and go fix the other parts of my life. I'm going to school so I study sometimes, I sometimes play basketball alone indeed just for fun. I have a parrot so I try to connect with him as well. But mostly just try to fix other parts in life, get more social than I was, get smarter than I was even though I have no problem with school, etc. Like Daniel said, I play the guitar and sing haha. And there's nothing wrong with gaming really, I actually had a Youtube channel about gaming where I had 764 subscribers (exact number) but I'm glad I deleted it 2 years ago, it wasn't the best time of my life haha. I'm doing great with calisthenics, school, connecting with people these last couple of months, thank you for asking. :)
No problem and good, you just keep working on that and keep moving forward, then nothing can stop you. Work hard and stay humble! - Sleep well brothers, I am off for today.
I've been known to put quotes out there, to keep inspire the good people of this forum, here is another one for you.
"Those who say they CAN'T and those who say they CAN.. are both usually right!"
Keep up the good work brothers.
Jean Roqua and Will Smith👌
Indeed ;)
Today is going to be a good day, let's do it!
You.. YES YOU, I believe in you, I know you can do it... don't doubt yourself or your own abilities to get to your goals, if you have the will to fight the struggles, fight the critics, fight the cold mornings and bad days, then nothing can stop you and you have something speciel inside of you, you were born for greatness, but you have to change yourself if you are in a situation where you do not feel like staying and you want to move forward, then you HAVE to change something.. SOMETHING about yourself and your ways, so you can move forward. Every day you have to wake up and tell yourself "I CAN DO THIS!", because you can and yes.. you will fail, you will lose and you will embarrass yourself at some point in time... but if you do not fail, you are not even trying! it will make you grow stronger, you will learn from it. I know and believe, that we can ALL make it. Never give up, never surrender.... you CAN, you WILL and you'll PROVE IT... I mean, do you have any clue how powerful you are?, no.. you don't... but you are powerful beyond imagination and that might be hard to believe, but let me tell you... IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU BELIEVE, because it's the fact, don't let your options, talents, abilities go to waste, we can all excel in what we WANT to, if you REALLY want it.. let's do it, let's believe in ourselves and JUST DO IT... 2017 is coming up and I believe... no, I KNOW that it will be the best year for all of us, so far. Happy new year everybody, be the best you can be and then add a little on top of that<3

thanks for the motivational words :-)
How is your progress going?
It's going great, thanks for asking. I don't just do calisthenics anymore though, I mix all sorts of training and workout methods, also for when I am starting my own fitness/personal trainer company in two years when everything is ready. So it all comes together.. slowly, but steady.
Yeah, i read about your future plans. Do you visit a university for sport or make a trainer license, something like this?
Which methods do you mix? Calisthenics, classic weight lifting and? Yoga, MMA, Boxing, Jogging?
I am about to study for being a physical-therapist and I will start *insert company name* up once I am close to finishing that.
Yes, every thing you mentioned and much more. Also just resistance band workouts, tubing workouts, sometimes things that is not really categorized but probably would belong on a playground, Rope workouts, Kung-fu Yoga aswell as normal Yoga (which you mentioned) ... There is so much to take from and so many great things, I don't want to limit myself and my opportunities with all these great things.
Yeah sounds good! I am exploring step by step yoga! :-D of course a lot of people laugh because when thinking about yoga at first old ladys would come to my mind, but it feels soooo god and there are great sources available on the internet :-D I also did kick boxing but i had to leave the course because i had not enough time, but it was great.
one should not only focus one kind of sport, i see it like you :-)
Good to hear from you again Pat, it's been a long time. What are you planning on doing now? Good to have you back💪🏼
I ain't "back" ;D well, I'll continue to move towards my goals and dreams as always, I never stopped, I just am not part of Calisthenics Unity, nor Bar Brothers, I am doing my own thing.
Lol, I know you never stopped dude, I just meant back to the forums...
Alright ;)
What do you mean bro?
Well guys, going to workout today, after 4-5 days of break, I had an immense pain in my middle/left chest that went both out in my left arm, my neck and my back - depending on surtain movements, I can still feel it in my chest, but very little and I simply can't stand not working out, so here we go, I will mostly be doing bodyweight today though (which is always prefered when going back after an injury or anything else that could be wrong, here bodyweight is simply the best choice, without question). Let's do it!
Alright, so I still feel a slight pain/pressure in my chest, the workout yesterday (chesterday????) went great though, was so good to be back after those 5-6 days of a break (that is long for me), today it's all about cardio and legs... LET'S GO!
"I had a quote, I said.. I might be the greatest player in the universe.. I did not say that, I did not say that because I thought I was better than everyone else, I said that because I am willing to put in the work!"
Thank you, I already do :) todays workout was also quite great.
Sorry, no. I do not show that yet, I still have a long way to go before I reach my first actual goal, I won't do any kind of thing like that until then, still a very long way to go.
"Only those who risk, going too far, can possibly find out, how far one can go!"

Great quote bro!👌🏼 Very true!💪🏼
P.S. What happened to the quote from Saga of Gretir? That was a good quote as well!
Just decided to change it, I think not too many would have gotten the meaning of the first :)
Hello guys
Just decided to share this with you, me (2 weeks old) and some of the food I am eating.
P.S
I swear my biceps are bigger than it looks! xD
That's great Bro, keep it up!💪
Which level are you on now?
