3 days a week should be good as long as you eat like a total beast! Well, I guess you should eat like a beast all the time. For me the program is great! It gives me structure to my workouts and also gives me access to people like you and Patrick that I can talk to and relate to.
Thanks Jack! I meant to type both your names in my previous comment, so forgive me for accidentally not including you :). But yeah I am stoked to begin this program. Also, if you don't mind, what country are you from? And Patrick as well, what country are you from?
It's fine! I'm from and live in the US.
Hello Tanbir.
The program works great for me, I am still working on eating more, since I need to eat more and better still, but I find it hard to do so, since I already feel like I am eating all the time, but it still isn't enough. The program is great and I have not only gained strength, but also a more positive mindset and a lot better form in all exercises.
I am from Denmark.
Level 10: Completed (again, building up that strength to stay in intermediate level.)
This was once again a really great workout, my form gets better and better and I am able to push my self towards the limit of each rep and set, every single time, I almost max everything out, both in reps and sets, in level 10 now. I can't wait to take a go at level 11 again and this time, not only beat it (which I kind of did last time), but absolutely kill it! - I am sorry boys, but after thursday, you will all have to skip level 11, it will simply be dead, beacuse I WILL! KILL IT! - LET'S GO!
Remember brothers, it's not about how hard you can hit, it's about how hard you can GET HIT! and KEEP MOVING FORWARD! It's about how much you can take and KEEP MOVING FORWARD!
Salute!
I am NOT working out with the program, i am working with his youtube workout (intermediate 1) and cut out a few exercises (like hlr or 10 pull ups). Other people say, they need about 2 hours to finish the workout, but i am faster.
And i dont think if i complete the workout faster, it is less usefull.
Janek, I will guarantee, that if that is the case, you are not doing it correctly, it's not about how fast you can do the exercises, it's about how good your form is, anyone can take 20 pushups really fast and with a sloppy form, but that doesn't make it too hard. That being said, I do not know how long his youtube workout does take in general, either way I would appreciate you leaving this out of my topic and make your own if you have the need, thank you my friend.
Hey guys, if i cant max out or almost max out sets and reps, is it advisable to consider the level completed or not?
It is not completed if you could not do the minimum reps or sets. If you couldn't do the max reps or sets, it shows you are at a good place and need to keep moving forward until you collapse and can not do the minimum.
Jack, I wouldn't say that it shows you are at a good place, because you can't do the max sets or reps, but yes, minimum = completed.
Okay yeah I may have worded that wrong. I ment you are doing what you should be doing on not stopping there.
Indeed
Thanks for the feedback guys :) Im on lvl 9 btw. Gonna hit it up tomorrow. My upper body strength is pretty good but i have to strengthen my legs. Good luck on level 10 bro!
Hey Patrick, this is a little off topic, but is that you in your profile pic?
Jack, yes, that is me, a model-shot from around 2012-2013
