Hi Patrick! What's up? I'm following your diary and it's a great inspiration for me! I've only one thing to say: i'm currently at level 15 (today i'm gonna try it, hope to pass it), and i remember that the first approach to level 11 was a very torture!!! 8 chinups 4 times after that fuckin around the clock is hard, very hard! Believe in yourself bro, and listen this song to pump yourself"Trap Requiem - Apashe". Good luck!!!
Hello Augusto
Glad you like it and thanks, I appreciate it.
Level 11: Incompleted (Again, for my own standards)
Alright, so I definitely felt like this was harder than the last time I was at level 11, I think the problem was that I jumped too far back last time, I will be jumping back to level 9 next time and then be faster up to level 11 again, I will see you later "11" and next time, I will beat the living **** out of you.
Salute!
Bro, i am having the exact same problem i cant get passed level 11, was going strong, but as soon as I hit it it just seems such a jump up. Attempted it again 3rd for the time, its killing my motivation. But getting closer each time, deffinatley those chin ups tho that cause the problem. gl Gabe
Gabriel, never lose your motivation, look at it this way: Each time you do not complete it, you get stronger. You can not grow, without failure, if you succeed in everything you do, you will not grow, not mentally, not physically.. you need resistance to grow as a human.. resistance is what will give you that mindset of a champion, resistance is what will make you push through, when everything is telling you that you can't do it.. your body is tired, your body is telling you that you can not do it and that little voice in your head, telling you that you can not do it and that you should take the easy way out (because that easy way out will ALWAYS be there, you can always choose that one.. but don't!, because then you will have lost!), that is when you gotta listen to your heart, to your own voice and push through!. Here is the thing though, as I have said many times before, it's not to fail, it's to get another chance and you gotta want to succeed, as bad as you wanna breath, then you WILL be successful.
Let's end this with one of my new and absolute favourite quotes:
It is not about how hard you can hit, it is about how hard you can GET HIT and KEEP MOVING FORWARD, it is about how much you can take and KEEP MOVING FORWARD!
Salute!
Guys, i really know that's very though! But to become an intermediate we need to reach some basic goals. It's tough, demanding. But when you reach it, you're another person. Another man. C'mon guys! I believe in you!
(Yesterday i passed level 15!)

Level 9: Completed (again, but not with ease)
It was actually VERY hard for me today, it was a really rough workout and I seemed to be able to push myself less than other times, either I am losing muscle or maybe it is just one of those days, but either way I completed it and I can't wait to get back to that level 11 and beat it properly!
It was surely because it was a bad day! Never give up Patrick! Push yourself over the limits! Do you do stretching and eat clean during the days?
I definitely never will give up, that is for sure. I don't really do stretching, once in a while I do and I do "warmup" my muscles before doing the workouts, nothing major though, but it has always been like that. and I do eat pretty clean, yesterday I had a bag of chips for the first time in half a year, "Cheat-day/meal" if you wish, to relax with my GF for x-factor, but other than that I eat totally clean, healthy food.
Stretching is really important bro. More flexible muscle=stronger muscle. Remember it!
I know, but I do decently, I just hate doing too much, also, every body is different, some need more warmup/stretching, than others :)
