Level 9: Completed.
Hi Patrick. I want to post here my experience: the first time that i passed level 11 i done 8-8-6-6 Around the clock Chinup, and 8-8-8-8-6-5 Chin Up. Today i repeated the level 11 and i done 8-8-8-8 Around the clock and 10-8-7-6-5-7 Chin Up. I failed the level, but in my opinion it isn't good to return back to level 7, because the number of Pull UPS is a lot less!!! So my back and arms Muscle will lose all the strengthness, don't them? So i think that's is better to do the next level, because i know that if i done 8 chin UPS instead of 10 on the first set i would passed the level. What do you think guys?
Bro, in my experience, when you do not complete lvl 11 or 12, go back to 9, level 9 is a good, great level that takes you through a hard workout with most of the basics, and the basics is the core that you should always improve, if something feels a little easy in level 9, go a little slower and improve your form, that will automatically make it harder, but I am happy to hear about your improvements so far, keep it up bro, good job.
Thanks for the advice! I will return to level 9. It's sad, because i reached level 16, but hey, like you said, it's better to improve form. Slow progress, and i will reach all my goals! Thanks bro!
No problem and yes, because you may simply not be ready for intermediate just yet, I mean.. many think that they can do something, but if they adjust their form, they really can't, it's all about doing it right and not rushing it, keep it up bro, it will happen.
Level 10: Completed
Lots of improvements, I keep going and will never give up!
Salute brothers!
why you don't the same level when you fail?
Because Andrea, you have to improve, to take the level, by going back and getting stronger and improving on something that is already hard, you gain more than just trying the same level over and over again, where you eventually will lose in some other aspect of other exercises.
I'm at level 5 and I failed it 5 times. In level 4 there aren't different exercises, so if I return in level 4 I don't feel pain
Oh bro, I do not even know where to start with you... it's not about feeling pain, please go to google and do LOTS of research man.
I don't understand what you mean, excuse me my english
He means that you have to go back to lvl 2 or 3 so your body gets used to taking the pressure and getting harder every time. So by the time you reach lvl 5 again you won't be beating yourself up. You know what I mean?
What is the problem Andrea? Not feeling pain, or not passing level 5?
In level 5 the push exercises are more difficult than the pull or core or leg; i can't do the dips but I simply do pull up and the other exercises
Go back to level 4 or 3, improve your form, don't rush things, enjoy, improve and push your self. It's not about doing the exercises fast, it's not about feeling pain all the time, the next day and so on.. it's about improving your form and doing it right, for me, it sounds like you should be at level 1 again and that you have rushed things, that is my opinion bro, too many people just rush things and are like "ye, that is a push-up, pull-up etc." when really, they don't do it correctly, but they think it's fine, but that my friend.. is a lack of motivation and dedication.
thanks so much, you helped me a lot 💪💪💪
Andrea I couldn't do the dips either. Don't worry about perfect form. That means don't try to go lower than 90° with your elbows. Also, practice negatives. Pushups also prepare you for dips. Make sure your pushups are perfect form even if that means only being able to do 3 of them. That will train the right muscles.
Never lose hope! There is always a way!
Thanks, I feel in a family 💪💪💪
You have to understand that you're still in the beginning, which is the best place to start and also where we all started from. I know you can do it, just give it time and work hard. Don't beat yourself up though. Listen to your body. We're all here for you man. Take it slow, do it right, and results will come. I promise. BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!

Level 9: Completed (Again and improved my form in some exercises)
Hi patrick, any advice for shradded abs?
Not sure what you are asking bro?
I'm training for a few months and now I can see results; but I haven't shredded abs, (I eat healthy)..... Have you any advice for me? I'm waiting the Chris nutrition guide
I usually do sprints! They're really effective! 10x100m with 2 mins rest. Try it!
Andrea, if you bulk, you probably won't see them "shredded", because you take on fat, aswell as muscle.. so first get to a weight and size, where you think you are pretty good with your self in muscle.. then do cardio and cut off that fat (Use BCAA powder to lose as little muscle as possible, doing cut) and then it will happen, also focus on form and power, over speed and reps, because until your form and power is ready, speed and reps won't matter, if you can't do the exercises correctly, so it hits your muscles in the right way.
And when doing Cardio, as my bro Augusto here said, sprints are very good, they are more effective than just running (when it comes to cutting and building up your stamina), long running helps with your stamina aswell, but not as much as cutting down.
