Alright, so I went to the fitness again today, to work on my back, again with my friend who is so in to him self and only wants to do weight lifting, and it is very clear that, for me personally, Calisthenics takes the clear edge here, using weights to workout your back is simply not the best way to go with. But it was a fine workout, will be taking a rest day tomorrow and then In the future I think I will do my workouts like this:
day 1. Upper-body
day 2. Lower-body (maybe + some more core)
day 3. Rest day
day 4. Upper-body
day 5. Lower-body (maybe + some more core)
day 6. Rest day
and so on.
