Taking this test http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/becker3.htm, my body is 63% mesomorph, 25% endomorph and 13% ectomorph. And I do not know how much I have gained so far.
I will let you know how a normal day for me works:
Morning: Healthy flakes with milk, vitamin pills and Omega 3 pills
9:20 am (break in school): I take my first meal after breakfast
12 am, I take my second meal (another break in school) and then, depending on how long my day is, I eat before workout (and wait 30 mins, before going to the gym after that).
After the workout, I take a shake with weight gainer and not too long after that (maybe 30-40 mins) I take a protein shake.
For dinner I usually eat vegetables, chicken and either rice or pasta.
that is not how it works for me every day, but that is basicly that, I try to eat more than this though, a few meals in between all of those, like a few pieces of bread and so on.

Firstly, for lunch I either have the school lunch ( whole wheat baguette, pasta, meat, etc.) Is a whole wheat baguette with ham and cheese a good option?
Secondly, do you have any tips for me of how to get my first dip?
Lastly, Is there any other substitute for a supplement after a workout you can recommend?

I just bought one from amazon. I think that's your best bet, but I'm not sure. I would go around Google looking for a solution
I'm mesomorph and ectomorph. But I'm 15 and not done growing, so I may be more mesomorph than I think.
There are videos on how to make it out of pvc pipes but i dont have the resources for it. Hows the one you bought from amazon?
It's fine. It's not as good as solid parallel bars, but it works perfectly for what I need, dips
