Gj on killing level 10! I did level 9 yesterday, so level 10 heading tomorrow, I might do the same thing for the pistols but I'll see.. Good luck to everyone! Salute. :)
Zakir, but that doesn't mean that you can't enjoy every minute of it, I personally love pushing my self and my limits, every single workout I push my self to the max and I enjoy it so much, the pain does not last, but the result will!
Gligor, thanks man and go kill that level 10!
Yes Patrick! Keep it up man!
Rohit, sure will my friend. I am excited for level 11 tomorrow, it's very clear, that it's a huge step-up, from level 10, that transaction from beginner to intermediate.
Nice to hear Patrick, I am doing level 11 tomorrow too, lets see how we do. It took me three tries for level 10. I am sure it will take the same for level 11 as those movements seem pretty tough especially from the beginner phase.
Nah, I'll beat it tomorrow, cya there.
haha awesome bro!! I like the confidence. All day, everyday! :)
I'm thinking about joining the workout program. I am convinced It will make me stronger and help me build mass, but am worried that I might not be able to do most of the exercise. I am skinny and cant do that many pull ups and no pull ups and 0 dips but i can do lots of push-ups and squats. Do you think I will be able to do level 1?
Mohammad, you sound like me about 5 weeks ago. I couldn't do 1 dip. Not 1. Now I can do about 10. I could do about 6 pushups. Now I can do 17. I could do lots of squats, but now I can do even more. Not only can I do more squats, I can also do a couple of pistol squats. I couldn't do more than 4 pull ups, now I can do 8.
Mohammad, I'm glad you are having doubts right now because I can see that I was not the only only one. You CAN do those dips. You CAN do those pull ups. You CAN do even more squats. You CAN do more pushups. YOU ALWAYS CAN. You just have to work for for it, build up for the moment when you complete that first rep.
This program will give you a path to what you want to become. Don't be scared that you won't be able to get there because YOU WILL. You just need to stay on the path and never look back. Mohammad you have to start somewhere. Chris did, Lazar did, we all did. Get the program and you won't be disappointed.
Mohammed, the only limitations you have, is your mind, beat that.. and you will be unstoppable.
Salute!
Mohammed, everyone starts low, Chris did it, he probably wasn't able to do a lot of pull ups, maybe he was frustrated, but did he give up? Look at him now, the results speak for themselves. It's your choice but I think it's definitely worth buying it, definitely gonna help you build mass. About pull ups, that's why you'll be sticking to the first few levels, they don't consist of DIRECTLY 50 PULL UPS or pistol squats, it starts slow. I could barely do 1 pull up, now after just 21 days, I can do 6 of them, and I've definitely built strength and muscle, in addition to losing fat (by skipping a lot). Dips and pull ups are not that simple of exercise, this might give you wonders about what a muscle up is, especially when you can't do a lot of dips or pull ups, but it's all in time, it takes time, you don't go from 0 pull ups, 0 dips to 20 muscle ups in 1 day, the journey is hard, but not hard enough to beat you down if your mindset is strong enough. Good luck, I'm saying it's definitely good, even for beginners, you'll see after a few months, if you're consistent. Every expert was once a beginner, once again it's not like Chris and Lazar and other guys started their first workout by doing 5 sets of 15 pull ups did they?
UPDATE: Alright guys, so I think that my topic here has become a little too much, with all the questions from everyone, please make your own topics for questions that requires a more specific answer, thank you.
Level 11: Incompleted (For my own standards)
Alright, so here is the deal guys.. In some way I did complete it, but I personally think that my form in "Around the clock chin-ups" just wasn't good enough and in some of the exercises I was in the low end of the reps, this time. But it's all good, I just got another chance at beating level 11, which is one hell of a great workout and you really feel the transaction from beginner to intermediate, love it!
Next time: Level 7
Yes you are right about the topic Patrick.
Going from Beginner to Intermediate is not a small deal, especially cuz there's new exercises that your body hasn't really adapted to, all I can say is get it next time! :)
Gligor, yes and I sure will :)
