Update: I am going back to level 6, instead of level 7.
Hello Patrick!
A thought had just occurred to me. Would you be better of completing level 6 then continuing a less intense workout? Seeing as though you made it to level 10, just doing the basics for level 6 you may not achieve the best possible workout.
Hayden
Even level 1 can be tough, even if you are at level 17, it's all about doing it in better form, better paste and so on.
Hey Patrick,
When you were doing Level 6 or 9, how did you find the negative muscle ups? Did you manage to get down slowly?
Level 9 Today. I am a little sick, but no excuses!
Salute, Fellow Brothers/Sisters!
Zakir, use a resistance band and put your legs in that to take some weight off, that will allow you to do it more slowly and that way train the needed muscles for doing it, and ye, no excuses! keep it brother!
Resistance band only helps on the way up, it doesnt have much resistance on the way down.

Yeah of coarse!
Michael, that is not how it works. it can do both, if it's too long, then you are correct, it won't help, but since you should stretch your legs, it shouldn't be a problem.
Level 6: Completed (again)
Alright, so I felt like I could have done better today, I could have pushed myself harder and more, however, my form is getting better and better, there for it is still getting harder, since even the slightest of adjustments to your form, in an exercise, can do so much. I skipped "Squats" and went for some more Pistol Squats Negatives (with resistance band, around a vertical bar, so I could pull myself up when i got in trouble (so it wasn't really Pistol Squats Negatives, it was just Pistol Squats, with resistance band).
Salute.
Level 7: Completed (again)
I am on my way, to build up towards that level 10 and those damn Pistol Squats Negatives, I will keep pushing hard and push my own limits, but I do feel like I could have performed better today aswell, I might be in a mental down-period, but hopefully I have my mind back ready soon and in the game! Let's go guys!
Bar Brothers, all day, EVERY DAY!
Salute!
Don't worry Patrick, you got this! I had to do level 6 three times before I could complete it. I am doing Level 10 tomorrow, will let you know how it goes! From my experience the trick in the negatives is balance, especially in the bottom position, if you can hold the bottom position with each leg out for 15-30 seconds with good balance you should be okay with the negative with practice. Let me know where you finding it difficult. I am confident you'll tear up level 10 next time!
Bar Brothers, All day, Everyday --Salute! :)
Thanks man, appreciate it and ye, but I can't hold that position for that time without falling, maybe 5-8 seconds, but ye, I got a good way of working on it now.
I don't know if this will be good for me.. I already traning and I don't know from which level should I start? I have been traning for about 6+ months..
It will be good, try it out bro.
I have problems with paying..
